Homemade.

Ingredients

• 2 frozen bananas
• 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (optional) 
• 1-2 tablespoons of milk (if needed)

Method 

1. Put frozen bananas and peanut butter into blender or food processor and blend until smooth, about 5 minutes. Add milk if the contents in the blender gets stuck. 
2. Eat as is or but back into freezer to set up more  

Ingredients

• 1 package of microwave popcorn
• 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar 
• 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter 
• 2 tablespoons milk 
• dash of salt 
• 1/3 cup pecans (optional)

Method 

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Pop the popcorn in the microwave and place in a large bowl.
2. Chop the pecans into small pieces 
3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in both sugars, and salt. (a little goes a long way!) Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and quickly stir in milk. Pour the caramel onto the popcorn, and stir to coat.
4. Place onto a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper and bake in preheated oven, stirring every 15 minutes, for half a hour. Remove from oven and let cool completely before breaking into pieces. :D

Salsa Recipe 

Ingredients:

• 3 tomatoes
• 1/2 lemon juiced
• 1/2 onion
• 2 hand full of cilantro
• 2 corn on the cob (or 1 can of whole sweet kernel corn)
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• salt & pepper 

Method:

1. Tear back the husks of the corn, wash and boil corn on the cob for 9 minutes and cut the kernels off the cob
2. Wash and dice the tomatoes into 1 inch cubes 
3. Cut half an onion and dice 
4. Wash and roughly chop the cilantro  
5. Add all ingridents into a bowl
6. Juice half a lemon
7. Add the olive oil
8. Season with salt & pepper to taste
9. Toss through and enjoy! :D
